Here's what to expect across the three days of the 29th Annual Gathering.
Note that the schedule is subject to change — check back closer to the event for any updates.

Thursday, October 1

Registration & Badge Pick-Up

4:00 pm – 7:00 pm  Pre-registration badge pick-up near the Ballroom entrance downstairs.

If you are unable to pick up your badge during this window, you may do so at the Ballroom entrance Friday morning. Please be patient — our staff gives everyone their full attention.

Friday, October 2

Morning

7:45 am – 8:45 am  Featured weavers set up. Registration and badge pick-up open.

8:45 am  Doors open to the Ballroom and weaving area. Visit teachers to check availability and pay kit fees directly.

9:00 am  Official opening of the 29th Annual NNABA Gathering — Welcome by the Snoqualmie Tribe, followed by an opening prayer.

9:10 am  Teaching & Weaving begins.

Youth Track — Friday Only

9:00 am – 12:00 pm  Youth Track Session 1

1:00 pm – 4:00 pm  Youth Track Session 2

Afternoon & Evening

4:00 pm  Teaching & Weaving session ends for the day.

4:00 – 4:30 pm  Teachers move supplies to Green Room storage.

5:30 pm  Community Dinner — Hosted by the Snoqualmie Tribe in the Ballroom. All members, teachers, NNABA staff, volunteers, and vendors are welcome.

Saturday, October 3

Morning

8:00 am – 9:00 am  Featured weavers set up.

9:00 am  Registration opens. Doors open. Teaching & Weaving begins.

Afternoon

2:00 pm  Silent Auction opens.

3:00 pm  General Membership Meeting.

4:00 pm  Gathering ends.
